There is a large rear garden and ample vehicle/ boat parking. The cottage is within five minutes walk of the well known Sun Inn which serves a fine selection of bar food and is ten minutes walk from Hell's Mouth Beach.

The accommodation, hosting a wealth of rustic charm, comprises kitchen/ breakfast room with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The cosy sitting room has an open fire, radiators, colour T.V, video, DVD and radio.
