Luxury six berth mobile home 37' x 12' with the benefit of three bedrooms. It is ideally situated within walking distance of Porth Ceiriad beach, Bwlchtocyn end of Abersoch main beach and golf course. Ample parking for boat and car is provided and the caravan is set in an enviable rural location with lovely views across open countryside in spacious grounds sited on a small registered Caravan and Camping Club site accomodating a maximum of five caravans.
The spacious accommodation comprises kitchen with split level gas cooker, fridge, microwave and dining area. Comfortable lounge with fitted seating, gas fire and colour T.V, video and radio. There is one double bedroom with vanitory unit and wardrobes, two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a shower room with wash hand basin, low level W.C and seat shower unit.A washing machine is available in the campsite block. Gas barbeque, outside table, 6 chairs plus two reclining chairs are provided. Duvets, pillows and bath mats are included but you will need to bring duvet covers, sheets pillowcases, towels and tea towels, although these can be provided at extra cost. Cleanliness is guaranteed under the personal supervision of the owners.
A deposit of £75.00. per week is required and the balance must be paid fourteen days before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Mr. & Mrs. S. R White at Ael-y-Bryn, Bwlchtocyn, Abersoch, Gwynedd, LL53 7BS (deposit non-refundable).
Rates for 2008
Short breaks out of high season and winter terms available upon request. The caravan is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.
This caravan is available to families & couples only and we regret that we cannot accept pets. .The caravan is equipped for six, this number must not be exceeded.
