Delightful detached two bedroomed bungalow situated in an elevated position with views towards Bwlchtocyn, the added benefit of an enclosed rear garden and off the road parking for one vehicle.

It is within walking distance of Abersoch village, the beach, South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club, Abersoch Golf Club and Spar supermarket which is open 7 days a week until 10pm. It is equipped to accommodate up to six people and this should not be exceeded.

The bungalow is well maintained, equipped and comfortably furnished. Cleanliness is guaranteed under the personal supervision of the owners.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine.

Large lounge/diner, dining suite for 6, 2 large settees & double sofa bed. Digital T.V, VCR & DVD player plus radio also provided. Open fire & convention heaters.

Gas barbeque, patio table & 6 chairs plus recliners for use in the garden.

The bathroom includes a bath with shower, wash basin and W.C. The property has the added benefit of double glazing and electric heating throughout.

Duvets, pillows and bath mats are included but you will need to bring duvets covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels lathough these can be provided at extra cost.

The bungalow is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.

The property is equipped for six, this should not be exceeded.
